Go to the Book Online page, select the appropriate session, and sign in using the same email you used for your purchase. The system will automatically apply your package credit (select this in the payment drop down menu), so you won’t be charged again. Watch this video for step by step guidance.
Q: Why wasn’t my one-to-one session booked automatically?
Packages act like a prepaid balance, they give you access to sessions, but you choose when to schedule them. This allows you to book sessions at a time that suits you.
Q: How long do I have to use my sessions?
Your one-to-one sessions are valid for one year from the date of purchase. You can book them at any time within that year.
Your online courses, however, come with lifetime access — you can revisit them whenever you like.
Q: Can I use my package for any session?
Each package is linked to specific sessions. Please check your package details to see what’s included (for example, one 60-minute session, two 60-minute sessions, or one 30-minute session). Then select the matching session type on the booking page.
Q: What if I can’t find where to book?

Q: Can I share my sessions with someone else?
