Bonjour, je m'appelle Sian, je suis directrice médicale internationale et j'ai débuté dans une agence de communication médicale il y a environ 20 ans. J'ai commencé comme rédactrice médicale, puis je suis devenue directrice éditoriale. Oh, et je suis introvertie ! Même si je ne correspond pas au profil type des entreprises et des sociétés pharmaceutiques qui réussissent, je pense que c'est en fait une force.
L'expérience en agence, à mon avis (légèrement biaisé), est un formidable tremplin pour l'industrie pharmaceutique. Je sais rédiger des articles, je connais parfaitement la conformité et le pitching m'a appris à imaginer des idées créatives à la vitesse de l'éclair.
